Delivery by Tree House Cabinets: Our cabinets are delivered directly to you by our own trucks and dedicated employees to ensure safe and reliable transportation.
Delivery Locations: While we do not offer in-unit delivery, we will deliver to a secure location of your choice, such as inside a garage or to a safe area protected from weather.
Lockbox Access: If your property has a lockbox, please provide us with the code. This allows us to securely place your cabinet order in a designated safe location on the property.
Delivery Notifications: On the day of delivery, you will receive a notification providing you with a specific delivery window, keeping you informed every step of the way.
Scheduling Your Delivery: Our scheduling department will contact you to arrange a delivery date that best suits your availability.
Order Checking and Documentation: We thoroughly check each order before it leaves our facility. Additionally, we document the delivery by taking a picture for verification purposes.
Reporting Discrepancies: In case you notice any discrepancies or missing items upon delivery, please notify your representative or our customer service immediately. We are dedicated to resolving any issues promptly.
Changes to Delivery: Please provide at least a day's notice for any changes to the delivery location or time to help us accommodate your needs effectively.
Delivery Hours: Our standard delivery hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
